If you are an end customer of a business that uses Musondosi AI (for example, you message a merchant on WhatsApp), that merchant is typically responsible for how your messages are handled. We process such data on the merchant’s instructions as a processor or service provider, in line with our agreement with them and this policy where applicable.

3.1 Information you provide

We collect information you voluntarily submit, including through our “request demo” / contact flows and similar forms on the Website. This may include:

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp number if you provide it), and company or business name where you choose to share it;
• Your message and preferences: the content of your enquiry, plan or product interest (for example Starter, Business, Premium, demo, or general), and similar context you add;
• Marketing and attribution fields: campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign, if present in the URL or form submission;
• Source labels: how you reached the form (for example which page or campaign referred you), where we record that for internal reporting.
